Could not be happier with the service I received today! My flat has just undergone cladding remediation and I have a dog who loves to get mucky, and you could see all of that in my carpets and rug. Mo came and cleaned them and honestly they look brand new. Cannot believe the difference it made, I had been seriously considering throwing out my rug which would have cost me about £700 to replace, I'm so grateful I didn't. This place was recommended to me by my neighbour after I'd hired the rug doctor which made next to no difference. Price was excellent and has literally saved me hundreds of pounds. I can highly recommend Prestige Refresh for carpet cleaning. I had thought that I would need to replace my carpets after having tenants spill some unusual fluids over my carpets. They were also generally very dirty. But Mo confidently assured me that he could remove the stains and return the carpets to as new and he was not wrong! The results exceeded my expectations. Prestige Refresh!!!! They outdid themselves on this one. Extremely professional - right from the very first contact. Came for a consult, made a booking and kept me updated all through about my booking. My rugs were left spotless. Took time to scrub out every tiny stain on them rugs and home left smelling nice with the after deodorant spray just so all the chemicals used would diffuse out. Keep up the good work guys. Excellent service, the sofa was actually unable to be cleaned due to previous chemical use, but Mohammed was respectful and transparent with us, and on informing us of this, provided a full refund. So while the service couldn't be provided, I'm happy to provide a 5 star rating as the level of respect and transparency on show is something I tend to look for in a company. Great communication from the beginning, even helpful enough to recommend other companies who offer similar services when I wasn't sure if they were a right fit. 10/10 service! Professional, reliable, great communication and great value. Highly recommend! I was able to book a next day appointment, as it was urgent (a dog had spilt salmon oil on my sofa!), and Mo was able to completely clean and de-odourise my sofa and blankets. Prestige Refresh were extremely professional. They came to my property to first see if they could help. I have a 100% wool carpet that has been heavily stained. After closer inspection and undertaking a sample test, it was decided that it wouldn’t be worth going ahead and cleaning the carpet. Mo came at short notice to help with a dog urine stain on our carpet. Unfortunately I had used chemical cleaner prior to contacting him and the stain could not be removed. He was so kind and tried everything he could, he didn’t charge us for his lengthy visit and I have never been motivated to leave a review like this before but such a kind professional guy, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or call him for future help 👍🏼 ~ Jenny N

Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted Prestige Refresh as I accidentally got permanent hair dye on my carpet. They managed to get the stains out and made my carpet look brand new!
